Uploading malware or impersonating others

Scraping and Automated Access

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no party related to S9I Tech Inc. shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses; or service interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use FLEXLY.PRO. Where liability cannot be disclaimed, it is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S9I Tech Inc. and its personnel from claims and expenses arising from your content, your use of FLEXLY.PRO, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated, and content removed, at our discretion for suspected violations, risk, or harm.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
